Photoshopping

In todays lesson I carried on with my preliminary, school magazine front cover.

The lesson went well as I could really put my head down and I got a brilliant chance to explore photoshop.

As I have used photoshop before, I already knew the way photoshop works (in layers) so I knew where to look for most of the tools.

I used the FX on many occasions, just to add a glow or shadow. Although this is a lazy way of doing effects, it is a powerful tool that shouldn't be underestimated.

The front cover is almost complete with a few cover lines and taglines to put on.

Today in media I designed an initial idea for my school magazine. I think mine came out ok, but as I am not that artistic with a pencil, it looked unproffesional but this was fine for a preliminary.
